Bug#977694: 977694 & 979187 fixed-upstream but remain in Debian :-<

I identified changes in .config enabling boot of raspi 4B from USB MSD.
The following script built a debian kernel package that can boot from
(not buggy) USB MSD. Build was done on raspi 4B.
