Bug#980555: Missing ec_sys module

Hi Bastian,

For ec_sys:

EC stands for embedded controller, which can be used to configure fans, 
LED lights and other things on laptop.

I'm trying to use it to control fan speed on my laptop.

All tools related to fan in Debian repository have failed to work for my 
MSI laptop.

And I found there is tool build for MSI laptop via EC: 
https://github.com/YoyPa/isw/
