arm64 kernel config change request: typec support

Hi folks,

I noticed while playing with my new and shiny rockpro64 that Debian kernels (at least in Bullseye) seem [1] to avoid building kernel modules for USB type-C ports on arm64.

USB Type-C ports are already pretty common on arm64 devices, and only getting more so. Is there any chance the relevant modules could be configured to build on arm64, like they do on amd64?

Kind regards,
Justin KIng-Lacroix
