Bug#991967: (Presently) Not in 5.10 source
Having finally gotten to test this, the issue does NOT effect 5.10.70-1.
So far I've only gotten to try reboot, but that went fine.
Might have been an ACPI or Xen mismerge into 4.19. Alas this may simply
disappear into history.
