Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
play "GoldenEye_007" whit muppen64plus
whit controller :
ID 0079:0006 DragonRise Inc. PC TWIN SHOCK Gamepad
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
at the game JOYPAD control target of the gun (rigth, left , up, down)
and JOYSTICK (analogic) , controll person(agent James Bond) moves (walk front , walk back, walk rigth, walk left)
* What was the outcome of this action?
when move JOYSTICK to left , the agent James Bond, move both things "body" and "gun" at same time,
must move only ONE
i open "jstest-gtk" to take look the calibration.
1.-move "left analogic" to left :
ANALOGIC move 2 AXIS same time when move to one way (left) ,
then AXIS 0 = -32767 and AXIS 2 = -32767
***WORK WRONG*** must move only ONE ; AXIS 0 = -32767
2.-move "left analogic" to rigth
ANALOGIC move 2 AXIS same time when move to one way (right) ,
then AXIS 0 = +32767 and AXIS 2 = +32767
***WORK WRONG*** must move only ONE ; AXIS 0 = +32767
3.-move "left analogic" to UP
ANALOGIC move 1 AXIS at time when move to one way (UP) ,
then AXIS 1 = -32767
*work fine
4.-move "left analogic" to DOWN
ANALOGIC move 1 AXIS at time when move to one way (Down) ,
then AXIS 1 = +32767
*work fine
5.-move "rigth analogic" to left
ANALOGIC move 1 AXIS at time when move to one way (left),
then AXIS 3 = -32767
*Wrok fine
6.-move "rigth analogic" to right
ANALOGIC move 1 AXIS at time when move to one way (right),
then AXIS 3 = +32767
*Wrok fine
7.-move "rigth analogic" to UP
ANALOGIC move 2 AXIS same time when move to one way (UP),
then AXIS 2 = -32767 and AXIS 4 = -32767
***WORK WRONG*** Must move only ONE AXIS ;
8.-move "rigth analogic to DOWN
ANALOGIC move 2 AXIS same time when move to one way (DOWN),
then AXIS 2 = +32767 and AXIS 4 = +32767
***WORK WRONG*** Must move only ONE AXIS;
AXIS #2 move several times,
at my points 1,2,7,8 together with other AXIS at same time
* What outcome did you expect instead?
AXIS activate individual and never together with other AXIS
Whit JOYPAD, looks work fine at jstest-gtk.
at M$.window$ work fine the controller.
i will add pics , with jstest-gtk
