I'm also hitting this. I can confirm however that the pcengines-apuv2
module gets loaded.
It seems the APUv1 LEDs kernel module is a bit overzealous and ought to
check IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_PCENGINES_APU2) before logging the warning.
