I haven't checked, if the suggested patch has already been accepted into
the kernel. If yes, my model is probably missing. So maybe this information

This should be fixed with c986a7024916 ("platform/x86: thinkpad_acpi:
Add BAT1 is primary battery quirk for Thinkpad Yoga 11e 4th gen")
which landed in 5.10-c6, backproted to 5.9.15 and as well 4.19.164.

(Closing the bug, but can you confirm this is true and thest with a
recent kernel, and if the bug closure was false, plese reopen)?
