Dear Maintainer,

In the last weeks, my xbox 360 controller blinks when i connect the first time.
When i reconnect, it says that is connected, but doesn't works.
When i go to Gnome-logs he says:

xpad 2-1.2:1.0: xpad_try_sending_next_out_packet - usb_submit_urb failed with result -2
