Severity: important

Trying to copy some files of a DVD+R yields errors:

cp: cannot stat '...': Input/output error

In the logs:

Apr 30 01:52:28 zira kernel: UDF-fs: error (device sr0): udf_read_inode: (ino 453) failed !bh
Apr 30 01:52:28 zira kernel: UDF-fs: error (device sr0): udf_read_inode: (ino 454) failed !bh

Apr 30 01:52:28 zira kernel: UDF-fs: error (device sr0): udf_read_inode: (ino 458) failed !bh

Reading most of the DVD+R is OK, though. And I don't get any error
on two other Debian/unstable machines (I can copy the whole DVD+R).

The DVD+R was burnt with growisofs.

Note: I had exactly the same problem on this machine in December with
another DVD. At that time, I thought that the DVD was faulty.
