Bug#778342: marked as done (linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64: I have located a bug with kernel 3.16. If I boot with linux-image-3.14-2-amd64I can eliminate the problem. What I experience is various slight-hangs: when loading a display manager (lightdm and gdm) and in gnome (but not in xfce) when loading evolution and system settings. Functionally minor but front and center, I suggest this regress needs attention to offer a polished user experience for the official release.)

Hi

This bug was filed for a very old kernel or the bug is old itself
without resolution.

If you can reproduce it with

- the current version in unstable/testing
- the latest kernel from backports

please reopen the bug, see https://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control
for details.

Regards,
Salvatore
