Recently  I switched to Debian Testing and found that there is bug in the firmware which results in wifi freezing and active  by itself after a while. Mean time when I checked the dmesg I get the following errors. I would be glad to provide more info regarding this.

This was fixed in upstream  a0855054e59b ("iwlwifi: dvm: drop non VO
frames when flushing") afaics in 3.18-rc3 and backported to 3.16.35
and 3.17.3.
