Package: src:linux
Version: 3.16.5-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

after upgrading from Wheezy to Jessie (and therefore from kernel 3.2 to 3.16) I get the following error on my Dell Inspiron 5520 notebook when booting the system:

[drm:cpt_set_fifo_underrun_reporting] *ERROR* uncleared pch fifo underrun on pch transcoder A
[drm:cpt_serr_int_handler] *ERROR* PCH transcoder A FIFO underrun

It continues to boot normally after displaying the message, though.

Hardware:

Processor : Intel Core i5-3210M
Graphics : 1GB AMD Radeon HD 7670M
Wireless : Dell Wireless 1704 Card

I left a comment on kernel.org regarding this issue as well: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=79261

regards,
