Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where
appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

Not using the machine for a while, it suspends. That's ok.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Asking for resume, what I am able to do with the touchpad.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

The touchpad does not respond anymore.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

The touchpad should resume as well.

Hi

This bug was filed for a very old kernel or the bug is old itself
without resolution.

If you can reproduce it with

- the current version in unstable/testing
- the latest kernel from backports

please reopen the bug, see https://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control
for details.

Regards,
Salvatore
