Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
via-rhine ethernet device builed into motherboard connected to any device is making problems, not stable, problems with autoneg. After connected mikrotik problems. After connected cisco, no matther what settings on both sides static speed duplex, no link all the time. Autoneg set something but huge packet loss, about 90% loss...
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Checked on three the same terminals Igel Thin Client 5/4, with the same debian 'testing' on the same kernel as attached information here. Set static speed of interfaces, change other side devices, cisco, mikrotik.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
No link, or huge packet loss
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
	Normal working interface.
