Bug#706444: marked as done (poweroff fails after wol)

Mother Board Asus P8H77-V LE with realtek 8111 
If I switch on the PC with a power button and then I shut down it, 
it switch off correctly.
 if i try to switch it on via wol G packet it power on correctly,
but when I try to shut it off it seems to power off: but immediatly power 
on again by itself.

This bug was filed for a very old kernel or the bug is old itself
without resolution.

If you can reproduce it with

- the current version in unstable/testing
- the latest kernel from backports
