According to strace, it fails because /dev/dri does not exist.

My understanding is that 5.10 does not have DRI support for the RPI4.
There's still some work to do in the V3D driver for that (see the
discussion at the end of
https://github.com/lategoodbye/rpi-zero/issues/46 )
