The issue should be pending fixed, but if you can I would appreciate if you can test (warning: temporary and unofficial build!) packages rebased to 4.19.142 upstream: https://people.debian.org/~carnil/tmp/linux/4.19.142-1/
I've installed it (amd64 version) and will let you know how things are going on.
