It is impossible to swith BT on.

I've tried to solve the problem by trial and error using the suggestion
from

but after
dkms install rtl8723de/5.1.1.8_21285.20171026_COEX20170111-1414
Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 4.19.0-10-amd64 (x86_64)
