Bug#968253: linux-image-armmp: Enable NVMEM_IMX_OCOTP

Package: linux-image-armmp
Version: 5.7.10-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Please take a look to Merge Request

https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/linux/-/merge_requests/254

On iMX6Q boards, when probing cpufreq, it tries to read efuse settings,
however, as NVMEM_IMX_OCOTP is not enabled this can't be done. In this
situation the probe fails with -EPROBE_DEFER, and cpufreq is not available.

To avoid all the mentioned issues, while these issues are fixed in the upstream
kernel (patch already sent), enable NVMEM_IMX_OCOTP as builtin driver.
