Bug#968109: linux-image-5.7.0-2-arm64: USB unusable on Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB

Dear Maintainer,

I installed an SD card image from
https://raspi.debian.net/daily/raspi_4.img.xz
to Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB (board revision 1.4).

USB is unusable and "lsusb" shows nothing.
