Bug#950616: linux-image-5.4.0-3-686-pae: very slow speed for wired ethernet (upload)

Dear Maintainer,

after the latest upgrade, the upload speed with this 32-bit kernel became very
slow. Downgrading to kernel linux-image-4.19.0-6-686-pae solves the problem.

Packages r8168-dkms and firmware-realtek are not installed.
