Hello,

From Kernel 5.9, a correction was done within Ethernet PHY RTL8211e.

The correction was done with commit bbc4d71d63549bcd003a430de18a72a742d8c91e in kernel:
https://lkml.org/lkml/2020/10/12/833

But now, with this correction, there is no more network available at the Banana Pi M3.

Regarding the network problem at Banana Pi M3:
It seems, there is a correction available now in kernel mainline with commit 57dbe558457bf4042169bc1f334e3b53a8480a1c:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/next/linux-next.git/commit/arch/arm/boot/dts/sun8i-a83t-bananapi-m3.dts?h=next-20201029&id=57dbe558457bf4042169bc1f334e3b53a8480a1c

Currently, in kernel 5.9.2, this correction is not included.
Can you please add the patch to the Debian Kernel to have a working network at the Banana Pi M3?
Thank you.

I set this bug report to important, because after some Google, there are some boards affected regarding this topic.

Best regards
Bernhard
