Hi, I confirm this issue. I have the same laptop (Thinkpad T14 amd), the same kernel (debian bullseye, kernel 5.9.1) and the same problem (mic does not work). The microphone works out-of-the-box with a live CD of Manjaro XFCE 20.1. Thank you
