Bug#954025: Please enable CONFIG_DEFERRED_STRUCT_PAGE_INIT

Please consider enabling CONFIG_DEFERRED_STRUCT_PAGE_INIT for both the
cloud variant and and the standard kernel. This substantially improves
boot time on systems with lots of memory.
