Dear Maintainer,
The mouse wheel does not work, if the machine is booted with this kernel.
By not working, I mean the windows do not scroll (I use GNOME on X11); no mouse
wheel events are registered in xev.
The above problem does not exist, if the machine is booted with 4.19.0-5.
