We’re back to tasks hanging, 99% of CPU being in wait.
This is somewhat similar to #913138 but not identical:
HDD reads seem to still work, as do some new writes,
but not all of them (e.g. I can run reportbug, but not
“man reportbug”; I can start new shells, which call
ansiweather and store the result, but I cannot run a
new Firefox instance; I can run sudo dmesg (below),
but not zless the linux-image-4.19.0-5-amd64 changelog).

The last four (sync and the following ones) are new since
I’ve noticed this issue, tried to sync in order to force
a flush at first… guess I’ll need to reboot, but no idea
