Dear Maintainer,
Looks like Linux 4.19 reports numbers in /proc/diskstats incorrectly
what leds to incorrect %util in iostat output.
On a NVME SSD with only few iops it can show more than 80% of
utilisation.
Example:

I can clearly reproduce it on a lot of servers and on my laptop (with
Ubuntu, linux 4.19).
