Bug#945771: random freezes with linux-image 4.19 and 5.2

Package: linux-image-4.19.0-6-amd64 and linux-image-5.2.0-0.bpo.3-amd64
Version: 4.9.189-3+deb9u1 and 5.2.17-1~bpo10+1

After upgrading Debian 9 to Debian 10 on my Acer C740 laptop and on my
Gigabyte GB-BXCE-3205 barebone, I have experienced random freezes a few
times per day. When freeze happens, user interface becomes completely
unresponsive, but the host still responds to ping (but not to ssh).
There is no messages in syslog that would give hints on what happened.
I also tried 5.2 linux-image from Buster backports and experienced the
same freezes. Reboot via power down/power up is needed in order to
recover from a freeze.

These two hosts have the same Intel CPU Celeron(R) 3205U @ 1.50GHz
(lscpu and lspci from both is below).

So I had to downgrade linux-image to 4.9 from Debian Stretch and it
works on both hosts without freezes.

Any hints on how to debug this would be appreciated.
