Bug#944956: linux-image-4.19.0-6-amd64: NVMe drive not detected

Dear Maintainer,

Installing NVMe SSD on Asus UX430UA laptop (SSD is ADATA ZPG SX8200 Pro). Goal was dual boot Windows 10 (already on drive) and Debian
10. Neither Debian 10 installer nor Deb 10.2 Live USB key
could detect NVMe drive. lsblk did not show drive, no /dev/nvme* files were present. Drive works on Windows on same machine, and
works on Debian 9 on my desktop machine.

dmesg showed error nvme 0000:03:00.0: Refused to change power state, currently in D3
/dev/disk/by-id and /dev/disk/by-type had links for the partitions on the NVMe drive - correct number of partitions, but broken links
to /dev/nvme* files that didn't exist.

Added this line to startup in GRUB: nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 (also tried 5500, which worked)

That seems to have solved the problem, though I imagine that is at the cost of proper power management.

As I mentioned, this drive worked on my desktop Deb 9 and on Windows on the same laptop. Ideally, it would work without having to 
disable APST so that Debian 10 can run without the extra power drain.
