Bug#942301: linux-image-amd64: dep linux-image-5.2.0-0.bpo.3-amd64 not available in buster-backports

Dear Maintainer,

When backports are enabled, running apt update shows that 
linux-image-amd64 can be upgraded, but upgrading fails.
