Bug#932451: linux-image-4.19.0-5-amd64: radeon spits EDID VGA errors when monitor is unplugged

When power is removed from the monitor attached to the VGA interface,
the logs start filling with these, once every 10 seconds:

Monitor is a not-too-old Samsung SyncMaster S24B300

When the monitor is switched off no messages are logged, the problem
happens only when the power plug is detached (which happens every ight
here, filling my logs).
