Dear Maintainer,
I don't know whether this is related to the kernel or the motherboard but if amd_iommu=on is given as kernel boot parameter my external pcie 2.0 1x USB3 controller card stops working. I have tried with kernels 4.18.x, 4.19.x, and 5.0.x with same result.
