Bug#925415: linux-update-symlinks(1) refers to man page that won't be in buster

Package: linux-base
Version: 4.5
Severity: important

kernel-img.conf(5) is part of kernel-common, built from
kernel-package. However kernel-package is not in a state to be
released in buster (see #925411).

Ben.
