Bug#914980: linux-image-4.18.0-3-amd64: BUG in i915 driver initialisation

Package: src:linux
Version: 4.18.20-2
Followup-For: Bug #914980

Dear Maintainer,

The i915 driver hits a bug when the switchover to the "real" framebuffer
happens, resulting in a black screen and a failure to run the graphical login
manager.

See attached kernel log, stopped at the BUG's trace.

Thanks,

Julian Calaby
