Dear Maintainer,
the issue is gone since some days.
In the last days there were several updates in testing that might have delivered the fix, e.g. mount, util-linux, mdadm, plymouth. I haven't further analysed it.
works for me ;-)
Originally I intended to post this issue as addition for #898098. I guess this issue can be closed as well.
