Unfortunately, the photo you attached isn't very useful as the top of the Oops/BUG message has scrolled off the screen. You can slow down logging during kernel boot by addding 'boot_delay=100' to the kernel command line, which should allow you to take a picture of the top part of the message. However, if the crash happens after the kernel itself has booted, that parameter won't have any effect.
