After a clean installation of Debian 8.2 in a disk partition of my laptop the Realtek wireless network adapter, and the Realtek ethernet controller needed the installation of the nonfree firmware.

The installation of the firmware-realtek 0.43 package included with the Debian distribution wasn't a problem.

The ethernet controller works fine but the Wifi adapter not. It is a very strange situation because de wireless network adapter only catch the router signal if the laptop is situated at less than 1 meter from the router antenna.

Even in this situation the signal level is very weak and it is impossible to detect any other access points

The rtl8723BE device conbine a wireless network adapter and a bluetooth adapter. Bluetooth do not detect any device too. Although it is just over the laptop.

After that, I tried to upgrade the firmware-realtek package to the versions 0.44 and to the last one 20151018-2 but no improvements were find.

I started to search in the web for people with the same problem and I read that same people has get a better performance including the following parameters to the driver module:

It is easy to think there are some kind of hardware problem, but I have found in the web a lot of people with the same problem in Lenovo and HP laptops. I have a dual boot in my laptop with grub2 and the wireless network adapter works perfectly under Windows 10 at 25 meter distance from the same access point. It really looks like antenna of the wireless network adapter has been dissabled in some way!!

I include as an attached file the dmesg output from my last session. The unique strange thing in the bootup sequence is that (perhaps there are more but I am a novice):
