Bug#865672: linux-image-3.2.0-4-686-pae: new kernel cause Scilab (and may be other programs too) to crash with "Segmentation fault"

Package: src:linux
Version: 3.2.89-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Debian 7
2. Install Scilab (apt-get install scilab), ensure it runs normally
3. Get new kernel with new updates (3.2.89-1).
4a. Try to start Scilab from GUI - it crashes.
4b. Try to start Scilab from terminal - it reports "Segmentation fault (core
dumped)"

Expected results:
* Scilab is working normally with new kernel.

Actual results:
* Scilab crashed.

Notes:
* Scilab works normally with old kernels - for example with 3.2.78-1.
* This may be related to CVE-2017-1000364
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1698919) fix.
