Package: src:linux
Version: 4.11-1~exp2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I use Debian testing with some experimental kernel-packages. And I'm
waitin for 4.11, there should be included a patch wich solves a boot
delay on an ACPI-EC-Bug.

Since i use 4.11 i consider automatic remounts on every unmount of
automounts, setup with systemd.

I have several automountpoints set, for a local fuse-filesystem, for an
external usb-HD and for a remote ftp-server. I set up this automounts
with a idle-timeout to unmount them automatically after a idle-time,
where the mountpoint isn't used.

Till kernel 4.10 it works how it should work. I fire up a ls-command on
the automountpoint, the filesystem get mounted, and 10 seconds later,
the kernel unmounts the filesystem.

On kernel 4.11 udisks, gnome-shell and other gnome-processes remount the
filesystem immediately after it gets unmounted.

When i boot kernel 4.9 or 4.10, the remounts do not happen. When i mount
kernel 4.11, the remounts occur. This is reproducible every boot. So i
don't think, gnome is making a mistake, i think the kernel gives wrong
informations to gnome.

It's not the user-Konfiguration, the remounts are also triggered from
gdm3. When i stop gdm3, and log out as user, no remounts happen. If i
start gdm3 again (from debug-shell) the remounts will start again. Also
on mountpoints from my login-user, which gdm should not see.

Greetings
Jakob
