irtual server with 3 network adapters randomly fails to add one of ethX at the boot time with errors:

hv_netvsc vmbus_0_12 (unregistered net_device): unable to connect to NetVSP - -12
hv_netvsc vmbus_0_12 (unregistered net_device): unable to add netvsc device (ret -12)

hv_netvsc: probe of vmbus_0_12 failed with error -12
