It looks like your system is using the Broadcom proprietary wireless
driver, so this could be due to bug #856382.
Alas ! cause there is no other support for this chipset (BCM4360)

Did you upgrade from version 4.9.10-1? 
yes.
Do you see "disagrees about
version of symbol module_layout" in the kernel log?
indeed :
 [3.507681] wl: disagrees about version of symbol module_layout


If so, you should be able to recover by running:
 
    apt install --reinstall broadcom-sta-dkms
It does :).Now it is working properly.
