Hi,

I got the same issue on my i915 notebook (Dell E7450) and I had to booton previous kernel (linux-image-4.9.0-3-amd64)

This bug report seems the same and suggest a tested revert on commit7de694782cbe7840f2c0de6f1e70f41fc1b8b6e8 :
