This is not a bug in any kernel package. The out-of-tree rtl8192cu driver that you have installed will need to be updated to work with the new kernel version. Since it doesn't appear to be part of a Debian package, I'm closing the bug. Note that the kernel already has an rtl8192cu driver (in fact it has done since at least version 3.2) so you may not need the out-of-tree driver at all.
