Bug#883425: linux-image-4.14.0-1-amd64: stale Android device entries in Thunar after USB disconnection

Dear Maintainer,
since upgrade to linux-image-4.14.0-1-amd64 4.14.2-1, USB disconnection of
Android devices leaves stale entries in Thunar. Repeated connection and
disconnection leaves multiple stale device entries. Only the most recent device
entry is usable. Booting into linux-image-4.13.0-1-amd64 4.13.13-1 removes this
behaviour.
journalctl reveals new upowerd "unhandled action" log entries under linux-
image-4.14.0-1-amd64 4.14.2-1.
