Package: src:linux Version: 4.9.30-2+deb9u3 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, I've recently noted that after having upgraded my home server to stretch, I cannot use the scanner attached to the server remotely via network anymore. Like FTP in passive mode, the saned daemon listens on a control port for commands, then opens up a data port for letting the client retrieve the output file. nf_conntrack_sane is regularly loaded, but with kernel linux-image-4.9.0-3-amd64 it fails to recognize the connection trying to connect to the data port as related as the established connection to the control port. Booting back with the linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64 from jessie fixes the issue. Thanks, Gian Piero. -- Package-specific info: ** Version: Linux version 4.9.0-3-amd64 (debian-kernel@lists.debian.org) (gcc version 6.3.0 20170516 (Debian 6.3.0-18) ) #1 SMP Debian 4.9.30-2+deb9u3 (2017-08-06) ** Command line: BOOT_IMAGE=/vmlinuz-4.9.0-3-amd64 root=/dev/mapper/valentina_main-root ro quiet ** Not tainted ** Kernel log: Unable to read kernel log; any relevant messages should be attached ** Model information sys_vendor: HP product_name: ProLiant MicroServer product_version: chassis_vendor: HP chassis_version: bios_vendor: HP bios_version: O41 ** Loaded modules: nf_conntrack_netlink nfnetlink cpufreq_powersave cpufreq_conservative cpufreq_userspace ip6t_REJECT nf_reject_ipv6 nf_conntrack_ipv6 nf_defrag_ipv6 nf_log_ipv6 ip6table_filter ip6_tables xt_multiport xt_recent xt_tcpudp nf_conntrack_ipv4 nf_defrag_ipv4 xt_conntrack ipt_REJECT nf_reject_ipv4 nf_log_ipv4 nf_log_common xt_LOG xt_hashlimit iptable_filter nf_conntrack_sane nf_conntrack tun ip_tables x_tables loop parport_pc ppdev lp parport usblp amd64_edac_mod edac_mce_amd edac_core kvm_amd kvm irqbypass snd_hda_codec_hdmi snd_hda_intel amdkfd snd_hda_codec pcspkr radeon k10temp snd_hda_core evdev snd_hwdep joydev ttm snd_pcm snd_timer drm_kms_helper sg snd drm soundcore i2c_algo_bit sp5100_tco shpchp tpm_infineon button acpi_cpufreq ext4 crc16 jbd2 fscrypto lrw gf128mul glue_helper ablk_helper cryptd aes_x86_64 mbcache ecb cbc algif_skcipher af_alg dm_crypt dm_mod raid10 raid0 multipath linear hid_sunplus raid456 async_raid6_recov async_memcpy async_pq async_xor async_tx xor raid6_pq libcrc32c crc32c_generic raid1 uas usb_storage md_mod sr_mod cdrom sd_mod ata_generic hid_generic usbhid hid ohci_pci i2c_piix4 pata_atiixp tg3 ahci ptp pps_core libahci libphy libata ehci_pci ohci_hcd ehci_hcd scsi_mod usbcore usb_common ** PCI devices: 00:00.0 Host bridge [0600]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
