Bug#854907: firmware-iwlwifi: Broken DDC file format for Intel Bluetooth 8260/8265

The ibt-11-5.ddc file format is broken. Therefore bluetooth isn't working as 
expected with Intel Bluetooth 8260/8265 chips.

When bluetooth service loading the firmware there are strange infos logged:

After replacing DDC file the log looks better:
