Testing: 4.8.0-2-686-pae boot to black screen on NVidia ION

After applying latest updates to Debian testing, my system here will not
boot to graphical mode on kernel 4.8.0-1-686-pae and 4.8.0-2-686-pae.
During boot it drop connection to monitor, and not even a command prompt
is available.

Same setup work fine with kernel 4.7.0-1-686-pae.

lspci show
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation ION VGA (rev b1)

And X will use xserver-xorg-video-nouveau for this.

In syslog for failing 4.8.0-2 I see

I have then switched Debian over to default start in command prompt.
"systemctl set-default multi-user.target"
Still 4.8.0-2 end with no graphic output and dead monitor.

Then I found that if I boot 4.8.0-2 with kernel parameter "nomodeset" it
start, I then get a command prompt, I can also start graphic mode by
startx, but not with the resolution of my monitor (PHILIPS 273V5HSB 1920 x
1080) more some generic standard 1280x720.

So question is then if we have error in nouveau or in some modeset thing
in kernel???

Until further I have to stay with 4.7.0-1 to use my system.
