That message is no longer printed by default, so this doesn't tell us
how far boot progressed.

Please try the 'recovery mode' option under 'Advanced options' in the
GRUB menu.  That enables, among other things, verbose output from the
kernel and initramfs code.  Send us the boot messages (a photograph is
fine as long as the text is readable).

All Celeron processors should still be supported.  We've only dropped
support for 586-class processors (like the original Pentium).
