We are planning to migrate mips/mipsel to MIPS32R2 from MIPS II.
So loongson 2E/2F won't supported any more.
So please remove these 2 flavors.

On the other hand, please add octeon support to mipsel,
as it has been in mips64el now.

This was fixed in 4.7~rc7-1~exp1.

This was fixed in 4.5.4-1.
