Unfortunately the archive software does not allow that.

We also have the problem that linux-image-4.7.0-0.bpo.1-amd64 does not
even exist as that would be built by linux-signed, not linux.

I'm expecting linux 4.7.5-1 and linux-signed to enter testing tomorrow,
at which point we can properly update jessie-backports to 4.7.
